The location struck a perfect balance-close to Ubud's main attractions yet nestled in a serene area surrounded by rice paddies. We especially appreciated how the kids enjoyed the pool; it was a hit after a day of exploring. The staff were always ready to assist, making our stay smoother. We indulged in the banana pancakes every morning, which became a favorite for my little one. The hotel's tranquil gardens offered a great space for the kids to explore while we enjoyed a moment of peace. Surawan is an excellent choice for families looking for a blend of comfort and local charm.
